In order to be successful in any lifestyle change and receive the full benefit of the information and tools that I provide, it’s important to remember:
Who won't benefit from my services?
- You should commit to at least four consultations over a two to six month period, which is why I package my services. Because you're more likely to stick with something that's already paid for.
- Rebuilding health takes time. Whole food nutrition therapy addresses the underlying cause of imbalance in the body, whereas medications generally cover-up the symptoms.
- You are committed to nourishing and healing not only your body, but also your mind and spirit. A holistic approach to wellness includes taking stock of your physical, mental and emotional health.

Nutrition therapy & health coaching is a natural approach to health and lifestyle that considers the person as a whole. It focuses on finding the root cause of a problem, rather than just covering up the symptoms.

There is no one-size-fits-all plan for nutrition. You don't need another fad diet. You need a plan that fits your individual needs and lifestyle. Most illnesses and conditions can be prevented or improved with proper nutrition. I'll show you how to use real, whole foods and targeted nutritional supplements to support your body and improve your physical, mental and emotional health.

Taking a whole-person approach to health, I'll guide you with insights and valuable tools for managing your emotional and physical health and well-being, including stress-reduction practices, meditation, exercise tips, recommendations for reducing toxin exposure, meditation and stress-reduction practices, and other healthy living ideas.

Together we will review your goals and identify limiting behavior and negative patterns that may have you stuck. As your coach, I promise to support and encourage the achievement of your dreams, and help you get on track to create the healthy lifestyle and relationships that you've always wanted.

how does nutrition affect mental health?
