Stop wasting precious time and get the information you need to make better, healthier decisions about your health. If the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us anything, it's taught us what really matters. Health is one of those things that really matters - because without good health we're at risk of losing everything else. I want more than anything to help you get healthy for life.

Join me for a 4 week group online class: Just the Basics

You'll get a weekly video lesson (about 30 minutes) plus handouts for each module, and a weekly live Q&A Zoom session.
  • Week 1: What went wrong. We'll discuss what's wrong with our food system. Why the food you're eating is making you sick. What is gut health and why it's so important. How to read food labels and what to look out for.
  • Week 2:  Balancing blood sugar. About 50% of Americans are pre-diabetic or diabetic. Insulin resistance is linked to cardiovascular disease. And some experts call Alzheimer's disease Type 3 Diabetes.
  • Week 3: Nutrients. What they are and where you get them. Americans are over-fed and under-nourished. We'll talk about what nutrients your body needs to heal and thrive. I'll also discuss how to calculate the best maconutrient ratios for your health status and lifestyle.
  • Week 4: Putting it all together. How to sustain your new healthy way of life. Planning and preparing meals. Supplements. Includes a 4 week meal plan with recipes and shopping list to get you started.
