Welcome to my site and my very first blog post!
I’m a holistic nutrition and wellness coach. I consult with people who are currently eating a Standard American Diet, mainly consisting of processed food-like substances, and help them to change to a whole food, nutrient dense diet that addresses their individual nutritional needs for ultimate health and disease prevention. The goal of my practice is to address the whole person and empower them to make the best decisions for their health. As part of that whole-person approach, we may look at other obstacles to wellness such as limiting beliefs around weight or wellness, as well as work and personal relationships that affect health.
I am particularly passionate about helping mothers discover how whole foods can benefit and support their children, improving both physical and emotional health.
My training includes certifications as both a holistic nutrition therapist and as a life coach. I love that I’ve been able to combine these two disciplines into a practice that allows me to help people make major changes in their lives and the lives of their families. I believe very strongly in the power of good nutrition to change lives and have seen those changes first-hand in my own life and in the lives of my family and friends.
