Sometimes it's best to approach these changes in small bites. Implement one change at a time to allow your child to start feeling better and gain confidence in the plan. I've found that once kids start feeling better, they become more responsible for their own health because they don't want to go back to feeling bad.

Students these days have grown very particular about fashion. They love flaunting the latest fashion trends and create a style statement of their own.
